Best salon in Exeter, pedicure & manicures ever,everything Shail does she really makes you feel special,its the only place for me, & Matt makes a great cup of coffee, as well as making your hair look great.
Completely butchered my hair. Horrible experience. Im GUTTED! My ends were so uneven. The stylist went out for at least 3 cigarettes within a 30 min duration which was offputting to say the least. His hands were also visibly shaking which made me question his styling skills. I even had to tell him how to frame my face!!There was an awkward atmosphere, flies buzzing around, getting accidentally whipped in the face with my ends, and was getting glared at by another customer which was obviously a regular getting their nails done in the corner, despite me trying my best to smile back. I could complain about the tacky decor, however that would be pedantic, although in my opinion that really sets the whole tone of the salon.Was charged 10 for a conditioning treatment which was cheap rubbish from a tub and it barely did anything. I wish I had complained at the time because it was a waste of 30. I will tell anyone who asks that this is an AWFUL salon only fit for old women needing a trim or perm!! Please beware :(
Another great haircut and even the eyebrows sorted. Love going there, it's not pretentious, it's not over priced, it's perfect for probably the best haircut I have ever had! Well done Matt and Shai, you do a great job.
A great service - have been going for years. Always get a decent cut and very friendly. Definitely wouldnt go anywhere else.
