A store with something for everyone. Seems like good value home stuff and clothing. Also a nice cafeteria that sells Costa coffee ( loyalty card available. Pay for 6 coffees and get the next one free).
Had everything I needed at a fair price. Not everything is of the highest quality. However, it is value for money. The staff were very friendly and both times we returned something the customer service people were very helpful in resolving the issues.
Store was clean, bright and welcoming. A great selection of homewares. But the toilets seriously need cleaning. The smell of urine in the ladies was so overpowering. These need to be checked more regularly. This did let down my shopping experience down today.
I love The Range. I get much of my art materials from here. They have everything to decorate your home. Plus a really nice snack bar.
Shop was very good. Good range of products and quick service. The cafe, although not very busy was so slow we had to leave (we weren't the only ones!). One serving assistant dealing with the till, making coffees, toasties and running food orders to the kitchen! Looked nice and clean though!
