Asked to pop in as had a lighting fault and RCD kept tripping out. Came to our premises after quite a delay in time he said would be here and found out it was just a faulty bulb causing the problem. Left without quoting or explaining costs and then received an 80 bill which includes the bulb charge which is only a couple of pound or so and his parking charge for outside! The rest a hefty call out charge even though I had simply requested a pop by to look for us. Wont ever use them again
