After having GPS warranty issues with my iPhone X, My issue was not resolved in this store first time. After complaining to Apple Care UK, They organised for a replacement handset to be exchanged the next day, It was a great shame I had to make two store visits however Penny the "Apple Guru", Sorted my replacement handset immediately and got me back up and running. Appreciate your help!

The people at the Genius Bar ensured my phone would be fine but ended up breaking it forcing me to buy another one. Not impressed...
Great range of decent products and the staff are generally very helpful. I did find that one of the staff members was a little pushy when it came to purchasing a single cable and was really trying to get me to buy three others that I didn't really need.
