Marie, and her staff, from the first moment of contact made a difficult time, so much easier, family friendly, and helpful, 24 hours a day, if we needed her. Everything was explained to us, and repeated again, written down, because no-one ever takes things in the first time. Our personal request were listened to and respected and acted upon, and at such a heartbroken time, Marie made such a superb effort, in the end, and on the final day, the funeral, sent my brother off in style, and he would've had the biggest smile, looking down on us, she did him proud, and we have no hesitation in highly recommending Marie and the company she works with, as always, many, many thanks
