The delivery guys were extremely polite and respectful - ensuring they took away every bit of packaging. The bed was installed swiftly and professionally. Have never been. Popped in as next door to a store I was visiting. Ending up with a new dining table with 6 chairs and a sideboard. What beautiful furniture.
Poor service. Was told it would be 1 week until I could pick up my order. Over a week later heard nothing. Called the store and was told they would ring me back, heard nothing after 2 days so called them again was told hmmm I dont know whats happened, I will have to call you back, Got a call back saying it will be ready next week, so into week 3 but wont give me a date and no apology. Dont have the product yet so cant comment on it.
