First time shopping was great, second time less so, had a fabulous sofa, then had them to fit lino, despite the extra cost, we were promised 'any problems, you are covered', their fitter fitted it wonky and they washed their hands of it, blaming us, and left us with a poorly fitted floor. Will not return.

Having had a very bad experience with another flooring contractor we approached QSF to lay Karndean throughout our ground floor. We are totally delighted with the work!We have just started preparing for decorating so are seeing the work up very close - the attention to detail is quite stunning.The team were, at all times polite and friendly, and a pleasure to have in our house.We are delighted to recommend them without reservation, a first class job.
