The experience I have with this laundrette is outstanding. The customer service from the staff is amazing!! I recently had issues with another laundrette but coming to this laundrette I have found that doing my wash is cheaper here than the laundrette I used on blackboy road. I would like to thank the staff at this laundrette for you friendly and welcoming attitude and even though it's a little further to travel I will continue to use your services. Until I get my own washing machine..the comment today did make me laugh. I love the banter between us. You guys really are amazing and can put a smile on anyone's face. We recently used Kenjo for our "service laundry" during a 3+ week trip around Great Britain. We had our clothes in by 9 am or so, and when we came back several hours later in the afternoon, everything was neatly washed, dried, folded, and put back in our laundry bag. If you're visiting Exeter and need laundry done, this is an excellent choice!

We went here when our washing machine packed in. The guy serving was very friendly and approachable. It's pretty expensive when you're used to doing your washing at home for essentially nothing. Tumble dryers here too! The machines are big enough to fit in a large load of washing and still ahve room for more.
