We were given Waynes details by another local Locksmith who we just happened to call first (but he was without his van for the night). That guys bad luck was our good luck. Wayne was at our house within 20 minutes (this was at 9pm on a Thursday night) and after climbing through the window he managed to get our door open in relatively little time (and that was despite our lock being something he described as very secure), without causing any damage to the fittings. There was also no call out charge despite it being during non-office hours. We found Wayne to be friendly and professional and had such confidence in his ability, that we ended up asking him to order us a replacement lock and come and fit it. Wayne was aware of the urgency of our situation as we could no longer secure our composite door and he managed to get the right parts (that are now out of production) ordered, delivered and fitted in just 36 hours! Having later spoken to the company who sold us the door, we learned it would have taken them a minimum of 5 days to do what Wayne did in less than half the time! So, all in all, we cant recommend Wayne enough. We will only be using one locksmith in future W F Locksmiths. Thank you, Wayne, and keep up the good work! Mark Brimble, Exeter.
