Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Forgot my card so happily split the bill into denominations of 30 so I could use my phone to pay! Also ordered in a cage for next day delivery so I didn't have to use the display model.
Fine. Very busy although it was a Saturday afternoon. Long queues but dealt with very quickly. Staff managed to remain cheerful and pleasant, against all the odds!
Lovely store that has pretty much all you need. Unfortunately the attitudes of some of the staff leave a little to be desired and that was a let down. I think due to the staff I would be inclined not to use this as my first choice stop for pet supplies.
Not a fan of big name pet shops. Some things are reasonably priced, other things are not. Staff knowledge depends very much on the individual and their interests. Don't buy pets from this store, we bought guinea pigs from here - one had a brain infection and was put down after 2 weeks and two others came home with ringworm.It's good they have a section where you can adopt animals though, so that is something. And there is an in-store veterinarian who seems reasonably adept.
I've been here a lot lately for various reasons and also phoned the store for help and every time I've had the best experience thanks to the staff. They are all so friendly, knowledgeable and really seem like they want to help you and are happy to. The animals always look happy and well looked after and the welcome dogs receive in the store is also brilliant.
