For one thing it was impossible to get old of STUART at anytime.Then when he would eventually get back to you he would give a day and not turn up.When he did start he was not there on a regular basis.He was the one that said to get the double large velux windows , but when it came to fitting them he didn't have a clue. The work was suppose to take 10 days but we've still got the scaffolding up now since 1st of August. We had no tiles on our roof for 4. Weeks. In the end we had had enough so asked another roof to come up and help. He came from Paignton and repaired all the damage that STUART had done. The batons were not gauged correctly and were spaced between 2-5" apart and not level. This cost a further 1400 to put right. Also the cabrio was not correctly put in and the part it had been broken by force. We've had to get a certified velux installer out to correct this which again has cost us money. 44.
