It was a birthday treat for my daughter ,staff were lovely ,it was clean and very tidy ,only let down was when we had our massage in the double room the girls who were doing the massage were whispering and this was very off putting ,it was a shame as it was the only thing that let the whole experience down
Enjoyed an hour in the spa and a full body scrub. The service was great, really welcoming and all facilities clearly explained. Body scrub was amazing. Left feeling smooth, relaxed and refreshed. Would recommend.
Attentive and professional service in a relaxing atmosphere. They offer a wide variety of treatments and perform miracles with my feet.
My mum had booked this for my 21st birthday including treatments and use of the spa facilities and 5 days before they rang and cancelled because they had a hen party come in. She had already booked a hotel in the area which with 5 days notice we cant cancel. We have both booked the day off work. Very disappointing and total lack of consideration for paying customers
I went for my birthday present which was eight months ago I was given a voucher for a massage. A very enjoyable time it was 3 hours long but a nice day out
