Tired dated store , needs to be refurbished. I am surprised at as it's in such prominent location. No semi skimmed milk for sale on a Monday morning. I always prefer Visiting Lidl in Okehamton.
Whatever people say about Lidl, they sell interesting things are good prices. I personally love searching through whatever weird offers they might have that week. I'd never have bought a dictaphone or screwdriver set without them.
Usually pretty good with helpful staff. Today however a member on the tills asked me to use separate bags for separate bakery items. I did mention this seemed wasteful but he muttered something about codes. It's a small point but this kind of attitude contributes to the planet's waste and is disappointing.
Great store. Good value fruit and vegetables. Not as hot on gluten free products as Also tho.
I visit this store regularly. The staff are very efficient, friendly, hard working, diligent, competent, personable, conscientious, well dressed with a person centred approach which impacts positively on my shipping experience. Today i went in to buy a pint of milk and some cold meat. Impulsively i also bought a set of pliers and a heated electric neck warmer. The car park was spotless, litter free and surrounded by the ordered lawns of a beautiful housing estate. I saw a cat.
