Staff very helpful
I spoke to Darren over the phone when I was having problems online booking my partners surprise trip to Las Vegas, he was extremely helpfully and explained that there was an issue with the flights on the booking. While he was looking into the issue he offered to call me back so I wasn't hanging around on the phone and called back within 30mins.As the return flight I wanted were unavailable he offered a few alternatives. He also made notes of my partner's birthday and how old he would be. When I received the paperwork through the post he had put the information in a plain envelope to keep the surprise for me.Thank you so much Darren, I cant wait to see Dave's face when he finds out!
