Just purcahsed a lovely Cube cyclo-cross bike and can't be any happier with it. They done me a great price and helped me so much. Great work guys deffo recommend this place :)
My boyfriend and I took the bike to get some repairs and instead of fixing it, they made it worse. They charged extra money for the second fix when it was their fault. Terrible customer service, very impolite and no willingness to come to an agreement. They deserve the worst reviews so no one makes the mistake of getting their bike serviced here.
Ordered a Cube Hyde Race through another retailer and they messed up big time so I went to these guys who were really responsive and efficient. They had the bike in store for me within less than 24 working hours which is so much more than can be said for the other retailer who left me waiting for two weeks only to have ordered in completely the wrong bike. Just wish Id tried these guys first and saved myself two weeks of hassle!
