Visited Partridge cycles on two occasions to find out about electric bikes - we were really impressed with the expertise, knowledge and passion of the sales men that looked after us. You weren't pushy - you knew your stuff , took time to answer our questions. What really encouraged us to buy from you was your genuine enthusiasm for the products you were selling.
Wanted to visit this store for a long time as I pass it regularly on my way to Plymouth. Was on a Friday morning and I was on one of three customers in the shop. I saw many staff ,at least 4 maybe 5. Despite spending approx 10 mins looking at mountain bikes no one spoke to me or acknowledged me in anyway. So I went. Won't be going back. Nice big clean well stocked bike shop. Shame.
These guys really helped me out of a hole. On a mountain biking holiday, I mangled my front wheel jumping off a wall. They scoured their place to find a replacement as it was pretty unusual, and got it replaced and fitted within about an hour or so.I thought I would have lost a days ride but they saved me.Many thanks.
Great store and so much knowledge to share. Sadly we felt overwhelmed by the salesman. We never got asked our budget and from the minute we arrived we received a history lesson on bikes and started at 800 for a bike. We left more confused than when we came. What happened to the customers needs are first? Sorry you lost two sales.
