The depot close to Exeter Airport used to offer great reliable service at very competitive prices. That was under the previous manager (Cheryl - one star retained). More recently, the service has dropped off to the point where I would not go back. The new manager is at best rude but worse than that is his use of mobile phone handset whilst driving customers to/from airport. Easirent appear to endorse this behaviour as my complaints went unheeded.Car is often not fuelled to capacity which means the renter has to incur the extra cost of filling it up.It's a pity the company seems to allow their good staff to leave. I expect the reputation they have as a sweatshop means that it is difficult to attract better employees.Other car rental firms are available in the area. I recommend any of those if you are thinking of giving your custom to Easirent.
You walk in here and ask them for a car and they tell you to go off and do it on your phone, I checked the prices online then after pressing back and choosing a different vehicle the booking dates changed ! I had to cancel and rebook which cost me money, complained and was not refunded. On another note the car was ok and they only gave it a quick check over on return.
Fantastic experience. Excellent customer service from Mark, he was very friendly, helpful and provided exceptional service. Great little car, clean, very new and in good condition.The shuttle bus service to the airport was smooth and quick. Will certainly rent here again
Extremely polite and helpful staff. Went way and above to make sure we would have all the information to return the car in a different station.
Check your credit card. Myself and my brother both rented at same time both used credit card we have never used these cards before or since and surprise both just been contacted by our company separately to say cards compromised someone tried to use my details. 30/10/18 This would have been 4 stars for service and price however aftercare have let them down. My parents left their disability badge in glove box which is entirely our fault I admit but we called on 4 Aug to ask if they could return in post (I was happy to pay postage but told this wouldn't be necessary) it's now 20th Aug I've called 3 times and got different story each time as to there whereabouts still not received. No record seem to be available as to when posted. My parents both in eighties need them to get around.
