Pain free to hand back the rental
Unable to delivers cars on time, stillness me go to them to connect my car after telling me that their drivers had been sent home, when i got to the office there were at least five staff still there, nor than enough to deliver a car five miles you the road! After rental complete, still have car ready to be picked up and in the mean time had another rental. They had to change my car due to unavailability of model that I selected... hmm... is this because they have yet collected the previous one? Poor customer service
Rented a van. Mileage allowance 750 miles daily. Had it for 2 days. So full allowance was 1500. Paid 250 as a deposit incase the van gets damaged. And a cost of 209 for 2 days. Paid all extra covers on the package. Returned the van clean and in a perfect condition. When returned staff said it's fine and in 4 days received an e-mail with extra charge of 112. It's a CLEAR MONEY MAKING office!!!We were told we over used the van for 400 miles and returned it without a full tank! That was WRONG! Luckily we had proof in pictires and dates and times of pick up and drop off and could back ourselves. However still he money was taken and now got to wait for a refund up to 10 days!!!And all we got is sorry!!?! No compensation for me going overdraft in my bank account. Inconsiderate people. Will never be renting a car from them!And for sure - NOT RECOMMENDING to Anyone!Hope this review will be helpful to other potential clients!Be Aware!
Bradley helped me at both pickup and drop off and was very friendly and efficient. He made the usual chore of renting a car a pleasure. would happily recommend due to his efforts!
