It was rubbish. I waited at the bus stop for ages. People in their shiny rental cars, coming and going, holding up the bus.
Staff are polite and friendly. Cars have always been supplied full of petrol and spotlessly clean. It's worth noting that you need to be firm about collection time, they will often want to drop a car off the evening before if your rental starts the following morning. Which is great if you have somewhere to put the car and have no parking restrictions, but can be a pain if you have permit only parking. They will often call the evening beforehand to check it's ok, so just make sure you keep an ear out for your phone.
My insurance company sent me here as my car had been written off an hour before. When I had arrived they knew nothing of my reservation but after a few hours of them trying so hard to get me a big enough car for our needs while on holiday,they pulled through was very happy!
