Had some seats for a T5 we we were converting upholstered by this company last year following a recommendation.All seemed fine, we explained what we wanted through conversation over the phone and upon dropping the seats off, with the staff at TFI confirming they were able to provide what we wanted. Upon returning to collect the seats we discovered that they were not to our specification, they had not embroidered the logo where we had asked on the front seats, and hadn't bothered to even put a logo on the back seats at all (which we had requested). The design/stitching of the seats had also been adapted and simplified from our original request.Disappointed that the seats were not as discussed/requested we spoke to a member of the staff to explain and discuss what had been the issue.Upon hearing our disappointment I was gobsmacked as to the rude and disgusting response we recieved. We were told that they didn't know anything about the additional logo and that the design was as requested. We were told that as the design specifications were discussed and not in black and white it was basically tuff and they wanted paying full price for the work, not offering any resolutions to the issues. As the conversations went on it became apparent that as a company they were not interested in customer satisfaction, nor interested that we were unhappy with the work. They just wanted paying. This was reiterated in follow up conversations with the owner, who once again seemed uninterested stating 'well what do you want us to do about it now'. Following our initial disappointment with the work and subsequent rudeness of the staff I would like to pass on my experience to anyone else considering using this company.
