Call up while in pain, initial receptionist just tries to shunt me onto the walk in center. I complain, demand to speak to another receptionist and make a stand about not accepting a shunt and got an appointment for 3 hours time. I can't walk without being in pain which I told them and the lack of care...This is a joke! 1 star as I can't give any lower.

Great doctor's, really good at dealing with urgent situations and finding a way to fit you in.
I really don't like writing bad reviews for places and often give them a second chance. I've lost count how many chances have passed on this Doctors. Apart from the 6 week+ times to see your own doctor, every time I've had to pop in to use the ad-hoc one it's an hour wait. On more than one occasion I wanted over an hour, asked the reception when will I be seen and they had no record of me. Once they asked me to use the Sidwell street clinic and when I did go there, they said I should of been seen at my practice. I also received really poor advice from one of the 'experienced' doctors once which seriously annoyed me.Sorry - but until they can get organised it's 2 stars for me.
