Great jewellers always helpful and nice prices
Helpful staff, some beautiful jewelry for an array of budgets. I visited at a busy time for retail stores, just before Christmas and received a fantastic customer experience from all staff at the shop. Although gift wrapping costs slightly more, it's fairly reasonable considering the range of stock supplied. Staff are also helpful and will order stock if your size is not available and will text/phone once it arrives.
So walked into shop... Two people cleaning, one on a clip board.. No ques.. But was made to wait.. To be signed in! All I wanted was a silver chain... So was taken outside to be shown all the Chains... I knew which one I wanted.. However told to wait. . I had to sign in... So that meant I had to wait .. While only one person could apparently serve me ?? Two were cleaning tops and one on clipboard duty ! Very poor service!
Poor customer service, they refused to do refunds even though I asked them if they did before I bought the ring and they said yes. They only offered and exchange or a voucher thing with the price of my ring on it that I could only spend in that shop.They have the same ring on display about 6 times and have little variety so this is hardly acceptable.
The staff are absolutely awful ! They pre judge you as a customer unaware of how much you could actually spend which you would think people would of gave learned to avoid specially in a customer service role and the service is not up to standard! It's a shame cause the jewelry is love and great price have always gone there for gifts or to treat myself now been put off for ever just cause the staff have a low level of basic training and customer care !
