We went through a torrid time trying to buy our frist house; cancelled completion dates, undeclared covenants and liabilities. Throughout it all Gilbert Stephens supported us, gave us accurate and professional advice and detialed report's. They dealt with far less able solicitors and some very egregious estate agent's excellently. The fees structure was fair and wholly transparent. Strongly recommend.
