Awful customer service, pretentious and snobbery of the first degree. More worried about the size of your wallet than anything else.
Wow wow wow.... what a great showroom at Ralph Winters kitchen. Not only does he have amazing kitchens but now has bedroom and living areas to see!!!!!! the VIP OPENING EVENT had an live food demonstration which was food to die for.. We have used this company to have a kitchen six years ago. It still looks good now. Ralph and Lynn took time to plan a kitchen that was so suitable to our family. We definitely paid for quality and the installation of the kitchen was stress free. The men were very tidy, hard working (they liked my coffee) and nothing was too much trouble. Three years later we were back to Ralph to plan an open living space to complement our kitchen. Once again we were so pleased with the choice of shades, planning, and the final results. It is why Ive written this review, as my husband and I were invited back to see the new showroom. Im so pleased that we can support a local business that has grown and grown. I suggest to everyone who can spare some time to take a look around. Tracy crocker

I was really impressed by their attention to detail. There was no pushy sales and the lady took time to understand what I was looking for and was ready to spend a bit more time to get exactly what I wanted.
Do not touch this guy with a barge pole unless you wish to be ripped off or wait over two years for problems to be sorted out. Still waiting so may be longer yet!!!! Customer service non-existent so have low expectations. Real charmer until you place your order and pay deposit and then will want every penny up front even though you have no kitchen. Good luck if you decide to use him .........
