Good place to spend some time near the city centre.free car parking for 2 hours in Robert road. But I would prefer to go to northern hay garden.

Small and a trek out of the city centre, but a nice park with children's play area. Unfortunately a lack of surrounding amenities make it a bit plain, but alternatively it's one of the least used and quietest of Exeter's parks, so it has it's benefits.
