After suffering with 2 groin strains for around 10 months, I decided to book an appointment with Mike. Im so pleased that I went to see him. He restored my confidence and I feel well on my way to a sport I thought Id never play again. He addressed some underlying issues like posture, technique and sleeping which really changed the way I perceived my injuries. Would definitely recommend!!

I suffered an ACJ disruption in my left shoulder after coming off my mountain bike. I had 4 sessions in the end initially working on removing the pain before starting rehab. Each session was really helpful and I'm glad I came here for help.

I approached Michael after aggravating an old knee injury. I was having problems walking and had lost all confidence in my knee. Michael explained that I was holding tension in my injured knee which was making the problem worse. He gave me a some exercises to help reduce the tension and helped to correct how I walk to prevent the problem recurring. I was amazed with the results. My knee feels better than I thought it would be possible. He also helped me apply these techniques to help with my chronic headaches. I cannot recommend him enough!

Having found that my movement was increasingly becoming restricted and causing me serious pain to even stand and to lie down I went to see Michael. He not only addressed my problems with my knees and hips but went right back to the heart of the issue exposing how everything was linked. Michael is very approachable and calm helping me to go back to basics from walking the right way to opening up my approach to all of my exercise. I can carry on my life in the way I was afraid I had lost! I am feeling no pain and now know how to tackle any issues in my physical recovery in the future. Thank you!

I saw Michael for a recent knee pain that prevented me from running any meaningful distance. He had a great manner about him that was very calming and made me feel totally relaxed. Michael was interested in past injuries I had received, as well as how I moved in general, aiming to sort my current issue, in addition to preventing me from having any future pain. He corrected flaws in my posture and running style which has led to me having no knee pain, as well as an increase in my endurance abilities. I would thoroughly recommend Michael to anybody who has pain problems, or would just like to learn more about, and improve, how they move.
