Jen and Danielle inspire confidence, they really know their stuff. I've been to other therapists who just give you the same old exercises whereas Jen and Danielle really listen and give more tailored treatments for your specific problems. Best of all they don't tell you to stop and rest (unless absolutely necessary) but they keep you moving and participating.

Thank you Jen for giving me the confidence to climb and get back to work again!! After dislocating my shoulder for the first time I was feeling pretty worried about my recovery...Jen was really positive and fully on-board with my goals to get back to work and back to climbing and paddling! Jen provided effective and well explained/demonstrated exercises that made my recovery strong and measurable on a weekly basis. My sessions and recovery were directed and focused towards being able to use my shoulder confidently in a working environment (coasteering and caving) as well as climbing and paddling which has given me confidence and enabled me to trust and use my shoulder again!Highly recommended. Thanks again Jen :-)

In our opinion, having been runners for over fourteen years, we think that Quay Kinetics is by far the best Sports Therapists we have used. Their knowledge, advice and helpfulness goes above and beyond the normal therapist. We couldn't recommend them enough and we constantly do.

I would highly recommend Jen for her diagnosis and treatment of sport injuries. I struggled with a hamstring injury for months before Jen was recommended to me. With appropriate exercises and soft tissue work I was soon back running and during the last couple of years she has helped me keep injury free during my return to competitive sport.

I came to Quay kinetics due to a bad back and a recommendation from one of their existing clients. I must say that I was treated wonderfully, and my back has never felt so good. Jennifer was professional, patient, engaging and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Quay Kinetics to anyone in need of a Physiotherapist.
