Some good quality stock, overshadowed by the unhelpfulness of the shop assistant. Customers are treated as a convenience to her. Remarkably, she sought to deter us fom making a cash purchase, claiming that she would have to close the shop to bank the relatively small amount of money involved. Although not refusing outright, she caused us to feel embarassed for showing reluctance to use a credit card (we had just drawn the requisite cash from an ATM) and probably lost the shop our future custom. Not worth a visit if you feel like a little soothing!
Some great bargains to be had
DISGUSTED!!! AVOID THIS SHOP! What a torrid and disgusting time we have had trying to get a pair of faulty shoes repaired or replaced. The owner is simply the worst human I have ever dealt with. Vile language, vile attitude and appalling approach to a valued customer who has spent hundereds of pounds on faulty goods. I have now instructed my solicitor to recover my costs out of principle. To cap it all off, when I was last in the shop I witnessed first hand her pressurising an elderly lady to buy shoes that blatantly were too small because thats the only size we have left.
Disgracefu,l shocking, rude, unhelpful, slams the phone down. Will not talk to customers who have spent hundreds of pounds on a product that is faulty. Dont even think of buying from this shop!
A Wonderful selection of shoes and boots in small sizes. Excellent designs and colours. It was a delight to be so spoilt for choice and we we so well looked after! A most enjoyable shopping experience. Will definitely visit again
