Good station for the heart of Exeter but a bit scruffy. Helpful staff a bonus.
Busy city center railway station operated by Great Western Railway on Queen Street. Trains to London Waterloo, Barnstaple and Paignton, no toilets on the station but ticket office and self service machines are available. Change here for the Exmouth and Barnstaple branch lines. The home of the country's only six track level crossing at the North end of the station.
The guard that looks like Mr bean is really rude. And has been for about 20 million years.
I was only there for about half hour. Would be a better train service if South Western Railway wasn't on strike.
