Absolutely brilliant. I had a pather chameleon with an eye infection and saw Lilly who knew exactly what we were dealing with. My guy got the right attention and I was given great advice. I called city vets the next day and was put straight on the phone to Lilly who comforted me I was administering the treatment correctly. My experience with city vets for my reptiles over the years has been great. Will not go anywhere else.
Very professional and caring. My dog was suddenly very ill with symptoms that could have been a lot of things. They immediately put their finger on the trouble and diagnosed Addison's disease, which isn't common. By getting there straight away they probably saved her life.
I highly recommend this Veterinary Practice, after not such good experiences with another local Practice. Shaun Moore came highly recommended to me, my Dog and I were not disappointed. This Vet was amazing with my anxious Dog and even met with us outside first! Friendly and helpful reception staff too.

Everyone is always friendly and thorough and they try to make the visit as stress free as possible for my cats. The latest patient, Ginge, is not the easiest to handle as an ex feral cat but he was managed with patience.
