Coffee and snacks. A huge room filled with tall and low tables. I like sitting at the back tucked away or in the window watching the World go by outside. Dogs are welcome. Live jazz and other events some evenings. Not as intimate as others even when candle lite in the evening. But a great place to chill out with friends during the day, outside in the warmer weather and evenings.

Well I only have good things to say about Artigiano. I have walked by on numerous occasions but it is much bigger inside than I had imagined. I was on my own and enjoyed an early evening glass of vino - decent wine at a sensible price and served by an attentive and smiley staff member. I just really liked the vibe in the place with the low lighting and comfortable seating. I brought my partner back later as it was acoustic night and Adam Styles was talented and fab. We had a berry sour mocktail which was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Obviously it was busier later in the evening and it just added to the flavour - but no hectic. We will return...........

I like the ambience, it's a nice place with good lighting and comfortable areas for sitting, perfect for a cup of coffee or a pint during the day/evening. A better selection of craft ales would be nice, but the lagers on offer are good.

Relaxed wine bar /Coffee Shop /Shoppers Haven.. Visited on Boxing Day, a shortage of staff was obvious, however once the peak rush was dealt with, service excellent.Great range of drinks..

I visited Artigiano with a group of friends/colleagues last night as one of our clients had bought us 100 of vouchers as a thank you for the service we had provided them. We were lucky enough to find a table and sat down. One of us went to the bar to order our drinks and when paying produced our gift vouchers. The staff more or less insinuated that these were either fake or stolen because we had a large amount of vouchers (100) that this was very unusual as most people come in with 10 or 20??!! Really?! We then had to provide details of who had purchased the vouchers and when they were bought whilst the vouchers were passed around from one staff member to the next to establish if they were genuine!! Finally we were allowed to spend them and get on with enjoying our evening. We stayed for another hour or so and had just ordered another round of drinks when a member of staff cane to the table and slapped a sign on the table saying that it was reserved and we needed to move!! There were tables either side of us (one where a couple had just sat down) so why we were asked to move was beyond us? The manner in which we were spoken (sorry I mean shouted at) was disgusting!! I have worked in the same industry many years ago and I would NEVER have spoken to a customer in the way that we were spoken to...it was appalling! I will never return to Artigiano and will be making sure I spread the word to friends and family!
