Bad customer service rude staff
Not very happy. Went in here to get a new deck and the guy sold me an expensive deck and wouldn't grip it. He said he didn't know how.
The staff are really nice they gave me lots of info about the skateboards and the hardware I bought a complete skateboard which feels nice to stroll around town, but the bearings were a bit stiff so I'm getting new ones
Board shops are slowly disappearing, I found the boarding house online and have just been there today, guy in the shop was real helpful, stickers, grip tape, wheels, trucks and complete decks, very happy with my new set up, went in search of orange wheels but clearly purple is the future, 5 star my man, see you next timeplease like this review if you find it helpfulthank you
I went in a spoke with a chap called Harry.I enquired about bearings on my adult cruiser scooter.I have no knowledge of bearings, but Harry showed me the bearings they did.He fitted them, then and there.Fantastic customer service and great knowledge on safety equipment.Harry showed me a true positive customer service.My scooter is so fast now, and I shall be using them for future advise and equipment.Thank you Harry.Your boss should know what a great job you did for me that day.I look forward to using the boarding house in the future.
