The dentist I saw here fitted a crown. I told him when he had fitted it that it was too big and that I couldn't close my mouth. He filed it down a little but not enough to close my teeth together. They charged me almost double the price of an NHS. I had to go to another dentists to get it reshaped so that I could close my teeth together. Within weeks it was apparent that below the crown the dentist had left in part of the broken tooth that was decaying and causing a great deal of pain and I had to get the whole thing done again (by a different dentist at a different practice this time). Expensive, incompetant and rude.

I booked in for a hygienist appointment here after a check up with the dentist. The hygienist was causing me a lot of pain whilst she was cleaning my teeth. I politely voiced this to her, however she responded in a dismissive manner and continued without adjustment. I was quite frankly shocked. I felt belittled and disrespected and I felt unable to speak up again during the session. By the end I was practically in tears. I work as a doctor in the UK and would never dismiss a patients pain. I was shocked that I had experienced another healthcare professional doing so. This was a truly horrible experience and I hope that this review can be passed onto practice staff to improve the service for patients in the future.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Dont answer the phone it has just rung all the till it disconnects for 12 minutes straight and Ive still not got through. Tried extracting one of teeth which I waited for a month to have done. He half heartedly attempted to extract the tooth and aborted the extraction to refer to a dental surgeon which Im told will take 8 weeks. Left me in a lot of pain and now Im trying to get them to send my X-rays and record to another dentist so I can have they work I need done and I cant get through. Absolutely awful service, poor dentistry and I will never use them again. Cowboys that simply dont seem to care about the service they provide to their patients. Stay well clear!

Great dentists but the phone lines are busy and it is policy to not confirm cancellation emails so communication is an issue.

Me & the family have always had expert treatment here and easy to make an appointment.
