I hate anyone touching my gums or teeth let alone working on them; They are very sensitive and hence I'm very nervous. At last I have a dental team that understand this and go to any extreme to make me feel at ease. They explain what is wrong and the options available to correct the situation and what the outcomes will be, offering guidance and instruction where needed. Nothing is too much trouble. It's almost a pleasure to attend my regular appointments.
Everything about this place is awesome! From front of house with Bryony being smiley, approachable, all knowledgeable, and just generally amazing. Then to all the dental nurses, and the dentist themselves who have treated me with such care, and advised me through every decision! I went from sleepless nights of pain and thinking my tooth would have to be removed, to pain free, gap free teeth again. Xx
Efficient reception operation, and friendly and competent experience with the dentists and their assistants. The physical environment looks like it's had significant investment,, while the overall tone is professional yet informal - exactly what anyone would want to find in a medical service. I had a misunderstanding with them a few years ago, but they're nice, highly capable people and I'd recommend their business without any hesitation.
Claire continues to be a great dentist and is always good with dental hygiene advice. My original post forgot to mention the surgery assistant and receptionist. Both are very professional and welcoming.
Professional, courteous and caring. As someone whos not been to a dentist for far too long, I was surprised at how non judgemental and caring the whole team have been. Really happy to have a good plan to get my teeth back on track with a great team - after only 2 visits (initial consultation and a hygienist appointment) Im not nervous about going back and even quite excited!
