Booked in for a initial check up as I had a severe toothache. Got asked if I wanted sedation as Im very nervous about dentists. They said Ill get a letter in the post and they will send everything over to the sedation dentist. 6 weeks later and no letter, rang up to chase and they hadnt sent it over so had to wait for the letter again, a week later the letter came and I phoned to book with this sedation dentist and they told me I need to book in for an initial check up with them first. Totally useless itll be 8-9 weeks before I get seen for a toothache. This is by far the worst service Ive ever received in my life, its a real big shame a friend was bigging you up.
Could not be more happy with my emergency appointment, everybody was lovely and informative, especially the nurse who was fantastic, kept me at ease even when i got a bit shaky! There were able to temporarily fix the problem and explained what to do long term. Brilliant from start to finish, thank you.
