Been a member for several months now, so glad I joined. Traditionally I've always trained at commercial gyms by myself - group training wasn't really something I'd even considered. It was only after joining I realised I got so much more out of my workouts by training with others. Trainers are all top lads, super encouraging and knowledgeable.
