After the referb, this gym has improved massively. With free classes for members and just opening up a 24/7 access. Topped off with the great, friendly and helpful staff. I can't suggest any better gym in Exeter.

I have tried various gyms around the Exeter area but have found Unit 7 to be the best for me. Unlike a lot of other gyms there is a very friendly atmosphere and you are always made to feel welcome and comfortable. They have a very broad selection of functional equipment and you don't have to wait for endless periods of time to get on. I have been having PT sessions with Craig for the last few weeks and have benefited immensely from his knowledge and motivation in this short period. I would highly recommend Unit 7 to any one who is looking to join a gym with a friendly atmosphere and at an affordable price.
