Very friendly and caring, nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained fully with regard to our cat Speckle's ailments. When no more could be done and we had to say goodbye to her we were treated with sympathy and compassion.
My Indian Ringneck Parrot is in the best hands. Staff are lovely. Birds doc is a specialist and looks after the zoo. No price tag for this sort of care but it also happens to be good value for money. I wonder if they do insurance??
