As a beginner I really enjoy the FSC Muay Thai classes. The coaches consistently provide advice for both experienced learners and beginners. Beyond the martial art techniques that are taught at the gym, you also take part in pure physical training with some strength and conditioning exercises at the end of each session.
A great gym with very experienced coaches and fighters. People of all ages and levels of fitness are made to feel welcome and train at the level that is right for them. Excellent one to one sessions available too and and all at very reasonable prices.
Good coach's there as they'll go out of their way to match your needs and will happily help out with whatever needs improving.
