We had a good experinece of buying our next car at Hendy. There is a relax atmosphere to view and try the cars with no pressure to buy. When decided on the car we wanted Owen took us through all the options available to us. On completion and picking up the car Owen was please to handover to us, doing the necessary paperwork, and taking us through the controls of the new car so we were happy to drive away.
We had a brilliant experience buying our VW Polo at Hendy. The showroom is lovely and we were approached quickly and offered a drink while we perused the cars. The hot chocolate is delicious!! All the cars are open so you can check them out by yourself and then decide which ones you're interested in. We were helped by Matt Bennett who was very personable, kind and professional. He clearly knows his business well and was not remotely pushy, he genuinely cared that we left with the right car for us. He established what we needed and quickly found us the perfect car. He arranged to have it delivered to Exeter for us and we drove off in the new car in three days. He had it valeted, checked over, taxed and insured for us too. It was a seamless and pain free process. All things considered we would thoroughly recommend Hendy cars!
