I have visited Westerly BMW 3 times now. Before my first visit I thought the staff might be a bit snobby and condescending - as it is a BMW dealership - but I couldn't have been more wrong. Everybody I have spoken with, be it on the telephone, or in person, have all been very, very, nice indeed. When my E46 (the best BMW ever - unless I'm given an F90 for this favourable review) was recalled for airbag safety reasons, the staff were nothing but polite, and had plenty of time for me, even though I wasn't spending any money. I had full use of the customer's waiting facilities - these were wonderfully comfortable and the coffee machine was fantastic!Today I needed help to source a locking wheel nut key - as I had misplaced my original. I was in pretty desperate need, as I had a puncture and couldn't remove the wheel as a result. The staff were again, polite, friendly and helpful; getting me out of a tight spot with no fuss - just helpful, professional courtesy. Thank you, BMW Westerly. You all get 5 stars in my book.
