Generally good service not much to fault HOWEVER Ive had my car serviced 4 times now and each time they STILL havent sorted their Wi-fi out, which for me is becoming unmanageable as I need to work while I wait. No one knows whats wrong no one has answers no one does anything everyone just smiles and says its a bit patchy. SORT IT OUT!! Or I will go to my local garage and pay less for a service there where they have Wi-fi.
Car booked in for service but still had to wait 10 minutes to be seen! Then had to accompany the person to the car so they could video it. Whole process took nearly 20 minutes. What happened to the days when all you had to do was drop the keys at reception and leave!
Very disappointing experience with Inchcape last week. Was looking forward to buying a new car as had a few years of great driving with our Golf. No acknowledgment from staff on our arrival. Then too busy chatting and laughing with another colleague whilst I was waiting to ask a question and engage in a possible sale. Left the showroom very disappointed.
