Were on our fourth Kia now, service overall from the company has been excellent, in the Exeter branch, Simon in particular has always been first class, a couple of the others arent quite so good/efficient but thanks to the great value product and service from Simon we will certainly stick with Kia in future!

Terrible customer service. Actually laughed at me when I asked if a courtesy car was available. Made to feel like they were doing me a favour accepting the car in. That was particularly annoying; you either have capacity or you dont, I shouldnt be made to feel they are squeezing me in. Im paying good money to have a repair. They didnt even have the part in stock, and no idea when it will come in. Ill definitely take it to a different kia dealer next time.
