Tracks of Exeter have serviced & MOTd my car for the last 6 yrs or so and I've never had cause for complaint. The process has been largely effortless for me (apart from having to pay - naturally!): booking, use of courtesy car, up dates on the work etc. And to top it all, I end up with a clean car and some reading material! Took my car in for winter service this week. Dealt with promptly and efficiently whilst I enjoyed a coffee. All staff exchanged pleasantrieswhether or not I was dealing with them. Car was washed and vacuumedand looked like new (so my wife said).
I chose my new car in June this year and dealt with Harry, he was extremely professional as were his colleagues. My car went in for a two month service and again the staff were friendly and helpful.
