If i coukd rate a 0 i woukd. Worst experience of my life with this estate agent. From start to finish (still not) they are hands down the most unprofessional unsympathetic robots. A massive shout out to the move in team (Sally especially) of potentially making us homeless while they continue to delay our move in. Ironically you pay a lot more for these cowboys than most others initially. Money not well spent. Avoid at all costs and if it wasn't too late I would go else where. If you have a choice avoid at all costs. From delays to chasing references for them they are so inept and cause extra stress. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY.
