We can't thank Steve and the team at Robert Williams enough for all of the professionalism, skill, time, effort and persistence that they consistently showed throughout the whole sale process. We'd previously had our house listed with another agent (Seddons in Tiverton) who were the exact opposite - four frustrating months of having to micro-manage incompetent, inefficient and simply unprofessional people. Steve brought fresh eyes to the previous poor quality photos and marketing copy and immediately improved the brochure and online advertising to match the standard of the house.Viewings were all handled by Steve (no random person from an agency turning up late trying to sell a house they had never seen before who had forgotten the alarm code as we'd had previously). Steve was always proactive in discussing viewing feedback and sale strategy. We always got regular reports without having to chase anyone to get the information. Negotiations were handled smoothly and without any pressure put on us to accept an offer just to get the house sold.
