I had a great experience with Cooksleys - Duncan was our contact and gave us a first class service. Really friendly and communicative, reassuring and efficient. Nothing seemed too much trouble and he truly went the extra mile. We were buying our house through Cooksleys and Duncan took the lead in getting us a completion date before Christmas so we weren't left in limbo over the festive period. He's even been helpful advising us on possible changes to the property post sale and brought us some bubbly and chocolates - you can't get better than that!
