Dyer customer service once sale had gone through. A real shame as were charming and lovely until transaction was complete. Then suddenly turned into extremely minipulative and rude individuals. They had missel properties (according to regulations). They upsell new builds which are no where near the quality they advertise and verbally sell to you on viewings. All the bells and whistles,A respected developer, A few finishing touches will be made,Top quality finish in every room, - to quote Dan Wilkinson from Exeter. Dont believe it. Its just spiel.My dealings with the company has been nothing but extremely frustrating; all forms of communication was NEVER responded to across nearly 3 months. We had to resort to meeting with the M.D. - Roger Wilkinson- to sort the problems to whom I give credit to.I would strongly not recommend buying a new-build through this company. Dont be fooled by the spiel they give you.

They were the perfect conduit between us and the seller to work out the small details and negotiate a suitable completion date for the chain.
