We had previously bought our radio code from vauxhall went through all the stages not easy . They called us and provided the code via phone call , we wrote it down. I was attending twintoproofrepair in manchester , i had drove there for a issue vauxhall exeter could not solve. Dennis told me he need the code i forgot to bring it it was written down no emails sent with it no digital record. I contacted vauxhall exeter and explained we needed the code fast to progress and the mechanic was waiting and myself . After a hour no call back i called them they said they where looking .... THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK JUST IGNORED ME ! .. But dennis from twintoproofrepair is a genius and was able to reset the key fob the the ecu code with the use of his cat2 equipment. He then fixed my roof like a Pro in no time .. thanks to him no thanks tho vauxhall exeter !

Poor repair service,waiting time to fix something is so long. Often they don't knows how to fixed car and is take weeks like also month's to finish job on car.booking service poor they don't understand customers needs, they no listen what customer have to say .I give two stars only because customer service desk reception staff is very helpful and professional and unfortunately is looking likes only they are. Even management are not interesting customers problems
