Rooms,Kitchen!!! showers could be cleaner ! Staff is frendly and cool . These Russian guest are really unfrendly and outrageous.The sleeping-rooms are okey .
I have really enjoyed staying in this hostel for one night. Im usually quite critical about hostels but this time Im surprised by the bad comments it received! I have to precise I came in the low season (oct/nov). I liked this hostel because it felt like home, it was welcoming, traditional as it is in quite an old house. The staff was very friendly and showed me everything I needed to know when I arrived. Among the guests, some people were living here and they were very nice. The bathrooms were clean. The room had a musty smell but I slept well and I did not spend much time there so it was fine.

The bathrooms and showers could be a bit cleaner maybe. And the place seems a bit run down. But they have very friendly staff with a relaxed attitude. Which is nice to see. And the price is absolutely nothing to complain about.
Its pretty much what i expected from a hostel. Rooms were clean enough and linen was fresh. I could feel the springs in my matress but it was sleep worthy. There was some mould and damp in the shower rooms and toilet but thats hard to avoid with a lot of use in old buildings. Communal areas i saw were homely and clean and the staff were all very nice.
